2019 WonderCon EXCLUSIVE: Voice Actor Piotr Michael Talks KUNG FU PANDA: THE MAWS OF DESTINY
If you're not familiar with the name, Piotr Michael, you should be, as he has a career that spans acting, comedy and voice acting. Having studied theater and acting throughout his life and at the University of Hawaii in Hilo, as well as improvisational comedy at The Groundlings (where he was a Sunday Company cast member in 2018), Piotr's voices can be heard all over from regular appearances on "The Howard Stern Show" on Sirius XM, to television shows like Amazon Prime's "Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny", "The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle", Netflix's "Lady Dreamer", "The X-Files", Disney's "Wander Over Yonder", "Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey", "Jimmy Kimmel Live", "Ellen", and "Conan", as well as video game voices for "Doom", "Spyro", "Call of Duty", "Warcraft", "Overwatch", "Kingdom Hearts 3", "Final Fantasy", and "Lego: Dimensions", among many others.
His notable on-camera work includes being a cast member on the new "MADtv" (2016) on the CW./ There he played several original characters and impersonated celebrities like Donald Trump, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Steve Buscemi, Jeff Goldblum, Bernie Sanders, Seth Rogan, and more. He also co-starred on the SoulPancake television series, "Impress Me" (2015), playing an up and coming comedian impressionist.
