2017 San Diego Comic Con EXCLUSIVE: Brad Talks LAIKA STUDIOS

We often take for granted the man power and time needed to bring our favorite animated films to life. With that idea in mind, attendees at this year's Comic Con were afforded a look behind the curtain of one of the most prolific animation studios in the industry today, Laika Studios, thanks to their Laika Experience. Bringing props and models from films such as CORALINE, KUBO AND THE TWO STRINGS, and THE BOX TROLLS, fans were able to see and learn about the studio's animation process. In lieu of the studio's steadily rising profile in the world of animation, I took the opportunity to speak with the studio's CFO, Brad Wald, to pick his brain about the studio and its ambitious goals as a company going forward into the future.
